 Appreciation 
is 
a 
general 
survey 
course 
that
 explores
 in 
chronological
 sequence
 many 
artists, 
their
 lives,
 styles,
 and
 media.

  The
 student
 will
 use 
art
 to 
recognize 
global 
cultural 
diversity 
and
 connect
 to
 universal
 human 
experience
 as 
expressed 
through
